Treatment Approaches
While I am trained in and skilled at using many different treatment modalities, the two of the main treatment approaches I use to help increase the well-being of my clients are EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapies.
Traditional talk therapy has done wonders in the lives of many suffering individuals and I regularly rely on traditional talk therapy interventions in sessions to support my clients. And at the same time, I personally prefer EMDR and IFS therapy sessions to traditional talk therapy sessions as I tend to believe that these approaches (EMDR and IFS) give clients a unique way of being with themselves. If you are interested in learning more about IFS and EMDR therapy sessions, please feel free to ask me about these evidenced-based approaches to therapy as I am passionate about providing psychoeducation on these subjects.
