Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, or any other issue, I would like you to know that this life is workable and that the best predictor of the future is not always the past but how we work with the past in the here-and-now.

Growing up, I was in a constant battle with myself. I believed that there was something wrong with me and that I needed to change myself to be happy, to be worthy of love and to be accepted. I did not have the skills to deal with overwhelming emotions and the way I related to my thoughts and emotions only intensified them further. I was making myself suffer and I had to learn how to treat myself more kindly and compassionately. I am happy to say that I have a happier relationship with myself now and I would like to help you do the same.
